An 80mm sliding gate wheel kit is a standard hardware set designed to support and guide residential or light-commercial steel sliding gates along a track.
Standard Kit Components
Most 80mm kits include:
• 2 × 80mm Wheel Assemblies: Usually feature a V-profile (for V-tracks/angle iron) or a Radius/round profile (for round bar tracks), built with internal ball bearings (commonly 6201ZZ or 6201 2RS) and an easy-weld steel bracket.
• 2 × Guide Rollers: PVC or plastic rollers complete with M12 bolts, nuts, and washers to stabilize the top of the gate.
