What is shop.nwk.co.za?
shop.nwk.co.za is NWK’s online retail platform. Browse and purchase agricultural products, home and garden items, hardware and more — from your home or farm.
How do I shop online?
You have three ways to shop:
- Click & Collect: Shop online for collection at one of 42 retail branches, pay, then collect at your chosen branch.
- Shop for Delivery: Add items to your cart for delivery to your door, then pay and check out. Please not all our Shop For Delivery items are dispatched from Lichtenburg
- Build a Quote: Add any items (including large yard items that are not sold online) to a quote basket, submit the quotation form, and an NWK representative will respond with pricing and shipping options.
How do I select a branch or choose delivery?
When you land on the site, select your branch of choice or choose to shop for delivery. After selecting, browse categories via the navigation or use search.
On each product, you’ll see stock on hand for your selected location, plus availability at other locations. Please note that delivery will only take place from Lichtenburg and delivery is national
Why are some products listed as ‘In‑Store Only’?
Not all products are sold online, some products are cold chain and can therefore not be delivered or pre-packed.
You can still view availability and pricing. If you want a specific item, confirm stock and price at your local branch before visiting.
Why are some products ‘Quote Only’?
Large yard items are not sold for delivery or Click & Collect. Add them to a quote and we’ll respond with pricing and shipping options.
Orders above 25kg cannot be delivered through the NWK shop however a quote can be requested for alternative arrangements.
Why must I select a location before shopping?
Availability varies by branch, this insures items are picked for collection at the correct branch. Selecting your location upfront ensures you only see products available for collection at that branch or for delivery, avoiding surprises at checkout.
Is everything available in‑store also available online?
No. Some products are exclusive to physical NWK stores and availability varies by branch.
I want to switch branches — what happens?
Use the header button to Change Location. This clears your cart so you can shop inventory for the new branch (or switch to delivery).
There’s no stock at my selected branch — what now?
Click Change Location and choose a branch with availability. Remember: for Click & Collect, you need to collect at the branch you select. Changing location clears your cart.
Can I switch from a branch to delivery mid‑shop?
Yes. If items are available for delivery, you can switch to For Delivery. This starts a fresh cart and clears previously added items.
Does changing location clear my cart?
Yes. Changing location (or switching to delivery) starts a fresh cart so availability stays accurate.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout South Africa. For rural or remote areas, delivery times may be slightly longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Orders weighing less than 5kg are R105. Orders weighing between 5kg and 15kg are R150. Orders weighing between 15kg and 25kg are R260. Please refer to shipping policy for more detail
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Processing or courier delays may occur during peak periods or for outlying areas. Please refer to shipping policy for more details and add link.
How will I know when my delivery is on its way?
You’ll receive tracking updates from the courier via email/SMS at each step.
Which courier companies do you use?
We ship via the Shiprazor aggregator using leading couriers, including Courier guy, Internet express, Skynet, Aramex International, Cloud logistics and NWK’s own fleet. The specific courier depends on your order weight and location.
Do I need an account to shop online?
No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders, view past purchases, save delivery details and save your preferred branch.
How do I contact customer service?
Email: shopsupport@nwk.co.za during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00) and a friendly representative will get in touch.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately at shopsupport@nwk.co.za and a friendly representative will get in touch. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll assist with a resolution or replacement. Please refer to our refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), instant EFT via Ozow, SnapScan, Apple Pay and Scan to Pay.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed by Paystack, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card details never touch our servers; they’re encrypted and handled in Paystack’s secure card vault, and sent only over HTTPS (TLS) with HSTS. Paystack enforces 3D Secure bank authentication (OTP, etc.), runs advanced fraud protection, and is ISO 27001/27701 and POPIA compliant.
Can I pay using my NWK account credit?
Yes, select Pay on Account at Checkout, an email will be sent to you to continue with the final payment. Clients with active NWK accounts with sufficient credit available will be able to purchase on their NWK account
How do I initiate a return?
Email shopreturns@nwk.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the steps. Please refer to our returns policy for more detail.
