Best Practices for Cutting Metal
• Material Thickness: 32 TPI works best on thin cross-sections and sheet metals where at least 3 teeth remain engaged in the material at all times.
• Stroke Technique: Use steady, firm strokes (roughly 60 strokes per minute) moving in the push direction, and ease up on pressure near the end of the cut.
• Workpiece Clamping: Always clamp the metal tightly in a bench vice to prevent flexing, chattering, or blade breakage.
