    The Titan Hacksaw Blade is a standard 300mm hand-saw blade built with 18 Teeth Per Inch (TPI) and an M2 + 6% cobalt (M2+6da) high-speed steel bi-metal construction.

    • Length: 300 mm (fits standard hand-held hacksaw frames)

    • Teeth Per Inch (TPI): 18 TPI (ideal for coarser, heavier-duty cutting)

    • Material Composition: M2 High-Speed Steel (HSS) with a 6% cobalt (M2+6da) alloy edge bonded to a flexible spring steel body. This design combines a hard, wear-resistant cutting edge with shatter-resistant flexibility.

    • Best Used For: Thicker metals, steel rods, pipes, non-ferrous metals, and general metalworking applications.

    TPI Guide (18 TPI)

    • 18 TPI features larger, more open tooth spacing, making it best suited for thicker, softer metals and steel rods or pipes rather than thin sheet metal. For thin conduit or sheet metal, a higher TPI (such as 24 or 32 TPI) is usually recommended to prevent snagging.
