A 600kPa female Temperature and Pressure (TP) relief valve with a thermostatic probe is a critical safety device for domestic water geysers. It automatically releases water if the temperature reaches 93–98°C or if pressure exceeds 600kPa (plus safety margins), preventing tank bursts.
